Trading in lease and new lease I purchased a lease from them three years ago. Went to trade the lease in for a new lease. Everything was great until we getting ready to set down to I purchased a lease from them three years ago. Went to trade the lease in for a new lease. Everything was great until we getting ready to set down to sign all the paperwork and waiting for the new car to be detailed. They tried to ground my existing lease instead of treating as a trade like I told them from the beginning. If the lease was grounded like they were written the deal up as I would have received a bill from Kia for several thousands of dollars. They lied to me when I purchased the car and lieing when I went to purchase again from them. Also was asked to be loyal so I serviced the car with Hendrick Kia the entire time. Apparently, Hendrick does not report services to your car so it does not show on Carfax. But they will bring up your carfax report when you trade in a car. As of now, I wish I did not have this relationship with Hendrick Kia Concord. Use of shady tactics to take advantage of a customer trust. Had to set around for hours wasting my time. More
