I worked with both Nick and Cezar recently when I purchased a used honda accord from this dealership. They were both respectful, helpful and overall genuinely good people. From all of my experiences with other Honda dealers in the area, I believe this dealership was the best. Everyone was friendly and didn't push us too much like the other dealerships, instead they let us take our own time to make decisions. Getting my car serviced at Holman Honda made me appreciate Hendrick Honda a lot more than I already did. I drive an 06 Honda Civic and had an issue with my engine block. Thankfully, the issue was warrantied and Hendrick Honda not only gave me awesome customer service when I called them in a panic about the issue but they also had my car towed from Lauderhill to Pompano FREE OF CHARGE! I was also provided transportation home with there car service, with no complaints (I live far but they didn't make a big deal about which I appreciated as well!). While I was there, Erica was extremely friendly and really calmed my nerves. About every 15-20 minutes they always come to find you in the waiting area to give you an update on your car which I truly appreciate! They remember faces and make you feel so at ease once you pull in! I recently brought my stepfathers car to Holman Honda and there customer service was comeplete TRASH compared to Hendrick! Not only did they have me wait for 2HOURS with no update on the vehicle, but the representatives are RUDE and they made a repair with my authorization which made my wait even longer!! It was taking forever and once I asked for transportation home, one of the service men RUDELY said that I lived out of the way; you can only imagine how uncomfortable that was for me! Let's keep in mind that I live about 10 minutes away from their facility and they say that I live out of the way! It boggled my mind!!!! Not only did Hendrick take me home without an issue during my engine block repair but they also offered to pick me up the next day to retrieve my car as well and I live about 20 minutes away! I love Hendrick and would recommend mend them to ANY and EVERY one wanting great customer service! More

I must say that buying cars is one of the things I dread most in life. At other dealers in my past I have had the sales team and the finance team try to push me into something I dont want or need. I will come back to this dealership for future cars and specifically ask for Bingo. I cant say enough about his professionalism and attention to detail. Instead of asking us to go home and bring the other trade, Taryn was more than just considerate. She went with my husband to get the other one while I waited at the dealership. She must have realized it would be a hardship for me since I am handicapped. I very much appreciated the extra attention she gave us. We had a terrible experience with Coral Springs Honda. The manager double talked and actually lied to us. It was very refreshing to have an honest dealership to deal with. More

ON 02/22 my wife and I purchased a Honda Civic. The car didn't have the backseat head rest and my sales person told he would give me a call when I could go by and pick it up. I decided to go by the dealer and ask for the head rest and found out that my sales person (Frank) doesn't work there anymore. Ceazar was the person working as sales manager and his words to me was. Frank doesn't work for us anymore, you must be crazy thinking I'm going to give you something if you don't have it in writing. BIG MISTAKE PURCHASING A HONDA, I SHOULD NEVER LEFT TOYTOTA! More

Darren was a super nice guy. He went out of his way to find the exact car I was looking for, going as far as having to find another model to show me the colors in the accord I wanted to buy.
