After buying a 09 Certified Honda Civic for my granddaughter last December 2011, she went back to them for service 3 times on a malfunctioning AC under the warranty, and each time it was claimed t granddaughter last December 2011, she went back to them for service 3 times on a malfunctioning AC under the warranty, and each time it was claimed to be fixed, and still malfunctioned. After a miserable Florida summer with intermittent AC, she went in again, and found out the warranty was no longer valid. They charged her $60 dollars to diagnose the AC system, and told her she needed a new compressor, and other parts, and labor that totaled well over a $1000. This is something that should have still been covered under the warranty, since they never fixed it right in 3 different visits. She finally brought it to a local mechanic, and he found a loose wire connection, fixed it, and charged her $200. She asked Hendricks for her $60.00 wrong diagnosis fee back, and they never answered. I called Honda,s corporate office, and told them what happened. After months of waiting Honda reimbursed her $150, but Hendricks gave her anything. All the integrity, and earning the buyers trust that the General manager talks about in his letter on this Website, is just is a bunch of meaningless words. I would never buy a car, or have a car serviced at Hendricks ever again, and would strongly recommend that anybody else looking for a reliable Honda dealer, please, look somewhere else. More

We purchased a hendrick auto guard maintenance program for the first 25,000 miles maintenance. Everything was to be included with no other costs. At 10,000 miles service advisor states we need to change for the first 25,000 miles maintenance. Everything was to be included with no other costs. At 10,000 miles service advisor states we need to change the cabin filter and air filter for an additional $109. Cabin element by manufacturer says 30,000 miles. Our pre-purchase maintenance plan includes filter change at 15,000 miles. We had the work done and realized the error after researching. Following this posting general service manager, John P, offered a since apology which we accept. It is not about the money but doing the right thing and an error was made. I believe John is sincere in developing a long term customer so we are willing to give them a second chance. I hope this is a one-off event service team puts customers first. We plan to go back at 15,000 miles and let the team make it right. More

Great people all around. I live less then 5 minutes from Coral Springs Honda, terrible place, and I continue to make the 30 minute trip to Hendrick Honda. When I walk it, Reid is always so helpful, remembers me and makes me feel at ease that my car, which I work hard to pay for and maintain, will be treated as if it never left my sight. Sure the prices are a little on the high side, but you don't mind with the level of service that you are getting. I would recommend Hendrick Honda to anyone, regardless of what make and model car you have. They will still service it for you, and you will be happy with the service. I have not had one complaint about them, as I could write a ten-page essay with the complaints and issues I have had with other Honda dealers. It's sad that a few bad Honda dealers/service, can really give a bad impression of the overall company and how the main Honda office handles things. But Hendrick Honda, really brings back that feeling of the security and reliability you get with buying a Honda. More

Getting my car serviced at Holman Honda made me appreciate Hendrick Honda a lot more than I already did. I drive an 06 Honda Civic and had an issue with my engine block. Thankfully, the issue was warrantied and Hendrick Honda not only gave me awesome customer service when I called them in a panic about the issue but they also had my car towed from Lauderhill to Pompano FREE OF CHARGE! I was also provided transportation home with there car service, with no complaints (I live far but they didn't make a big deal about which I appreciated as well!). While I was there, Erica was extremely friendly and really calmed my nerves. About every 15-20 minutes they always come to find you in the waiting area to give you an update on your car which I truly appreciate! They remember faces and make you feel so at ease once you pull in! I recently brought my stepfathers car to Holman Honda and there customer service was comeplete TRASH compared to Hendrick! Not only did they have me wait for 2HOURS with no update on the vehicle, but the representatives are RUDE and they made a repair with my authorization which made my wait even longer!! It was taking forever and once I asked for transportation home, one of the service men RUDELY said that I lived out of the way; you can only imagine how uncomfortable that was for me! Let's keep in mind that I live about 10 minutes away from their facility and they say that I live out of the way! It boggled my mind!!!! Not only did Hendrick take me home without an issue during my engine block repair but they also offered to pick me up the next day to retrieve my car as well and I live about 20 minutes away! I love Hendrick and would recommend mend them to ANY and EVERY one wanting great customer service! More
