I’m so happy the Hendricks bought this dealership. Everything is better and it’s my second dealing with them. I had 3 mini Coopers in Charlotte and loved the sales and service departments! The one thing that’s didn’t change is my service adviser Aaron. He is the main reason I drive across town for service. I’m out of warranty so now I am concerned about cost if something goes wrong. On my recent visit he advised me my problem with the noise could wait and didn’t push me to have the repair. He was also honest about my tires saying I had 6 mo instead of other places that said I needed to replace them now. Currently, I’m hoping to trade in soon with the confidence Aaron will take care of me! Thanks Aaron for your outstanding job! More
