Warning sound would not quit for spoiler issue on my car The service dept could not eliminate the incessant warning sound for the spoiler defect. A warning sound for an issue that is non essential should not stay on after the initial warning particularly when the icon light for the same stays on. The seatbelt warning sound eventually goes off even when you do not fasten the seatbelt and that would be more critical in my opinion More

First X3 service I was signed up for fast service, that I was told would take an hour and it took 2 hours, I was not prepared to stay 2 hours so I had to change work p I was signed up for fast service, that I was told would take an hour and it took 2 hours, I was not prepared to stay 2 hours so I had to change work plans while waiting. POOR SERVICE I came in for an oil change, and the greeting I received was very professional and friendly, I was also asked if I wanted my vehicle washed after the I came in for an oil change, and the greeting I received was very professional and friendly, I was also asked if I wanted my vehicle washed after the service was completed and I replied yes.. After 2 1/2 hours of waiting for my oil change the representative came to let me know that my car was ready and parked outside for me to pick up. He also said, we could not wash your truck because the window on the passenger side would not raise back up. I was a little curious about this because the only service I requested it was an oil change and there was no reason for my windows to be let down. When I asked him did they raise the window back up because it was off-track he said no and I told him this was unacceptable due to the fact there was no reason my window should have been raise down to begin with. At this the representative said he had to speak with the service manager and he came back 20 minutes later saying that the window had been raised up but they could not wash my truck because the bumper or other items on my truck might come off, which was extremely strange at this point. So I left a very unsatisfied customer. More
