I am never disappointed when I visit Hendrick BMW. David and Jamye took my car in for service an hour before my scheduled appointment, diagnosed the problem, the tech confirmed David’s diagnoses, and only did the necessary work to get me back in the road. I love that this dealership’s service department does not upsale maintenance. They always alert me what maintenance I will need to conduct because of wear and tear. This gives me an opportunity to plan my repairs. I will not take my 335i anyplace else for service.

Stephen Hughes was very helpful. He responded quickly and courteously to my test-drive request. He listened to my requests and matched them quickly and accurately. When some confusion arise about the specific car I had chosen, it was resolved promptly and fairly. He and his team worked well together to achieve what I though was a fair deal one a great car.
