Long Wait Times Every time I have to bring my car in for regular maintenance, the visit takes at least 2x as long. One visit I was told 1.5 hours (which I’m happy to wait for), and ended up being 5 hours before I got my car back. Most recently, I had to get my car towed in with a flat tire and didn’t hear from anybody for over 24 hours. When I called to inquire about the status of my car, I was told that there was no ticket open/no employee assigned, and told me I probably called the wrong location. It was nearly 48 hours before I got my car back for a simple flat tire! More
