Awesome service as always I went in for my annual inspection. Saad M, who is my SA is awesome as he always is. I dig the fact that though I only come in a couple times a year I went in for my annual inspection. Saad M, who is my SA is awesome as he always is. I dig the fact that though I only come in a couple times a year he remembers small details of our last conversation and to me that is a big deal. Good first experience We just took our BMW in for the first service check. We are new BMW owners. We were acknowledged as soon as we drove up. They informed us of what all We just took our BMW in for the first service check. We are new BMW owners. We were acknowledged as soon as we drove up. They informed us of what all would be done, and about a recall on drivers side airbag that they could replace then also. The service was fast and accurate. Good first experience. More

Don't like being told something up front, spending a lot of time bringing it in, Ubering there etc....and later find out the vents were approx $300.00 to install More
Long Wait Times Every time I have to bring my car in for regular maintenance, the visit takes at least 2x as long. One visit I was told 1.5 hours (which I’m happy to Every time I have to bring my car in for regular maintenance, the visit takes at least 2x as long. One visit I was told 1.5 hours (which I’m happy to wait for), and ended up being 5 hours before I got my car back. Most recently, I had to get my car towed in with a flat tire and didn’t hear from anybody for over 24 hours. When I called to inquire about the status of my car, I was told that there was no ticket open/no employee assigned, and told me I probably called the wrong location. It was nearly 48 hours before I got my car back for a simple flat tire! More
