Reliably Great Service We knocked off registration inspections for our 750 & X-5. During the 750 inspection they found a leak in the cooling system and corrected that, too. Price match My tire completely tore apart, so I had my car towed to the dealership for a new tire. I had already been checking around for tires before the inciden My tire completely tore apart, so I had my car towed to the dealership for a new tire. I had already been checking around for tires before the incident, so I was aware of the cost of new tires. The BMW dealership priced their tire much higher than what I had found at any other competitor. While working with the tire specialist, he mentioned that BMW would price match; he asked for me to send screen shots of the tires I had been researching. After he looked at the price comparison (of exact tire models), he said BMW could not match the price because the price at the competitor had a rebate included ($70). I negotiated that he just add the $70 back into the competitor's price, but he was still unable to match the price!! He then tried to offered me a "lower" price by switching to a cheaper tire! Unfortunately for him, I had also priced the tires that he offered as a back up choice and knew that they were much cheaper; and he was unable to price match that tire as well. I kind of felt like I was getting the "used car dealer" scam job. I am not happy about the service, the false advertising of price matching, or the bait and switch sales pitch. More
