Ethical and professional My muffler started making rattling noise about three months back and I took it to a local muffler shop who told me that it was broken and would need a My muffler started making rattling noise about three months back and I took it to a local muffler shop who told me that it was broken and would need a replacement costing about $1500. I was out of warranty by 3 months or so but I approached my dealership anyways and told them about this. On testing they found that all it needed was a kind of Clip valve( do not know exact terminology) costing $10. However the labor set be back by $80. :-) ( that too was told to me before the work - so it is not a blame). Mr Chris Deyton who attended to me is a wonderful person to work with who later walked me out and gave me a few more tips about car maintenance. More

The service guys always do a great job with maintenance etc. The salesman of my new X3 was very knowledgeable about the car features, and was very quick to seek out an answer to a question if he didn't know it -- he was very responsive. The finance guy was very competent and organized. The BMW Genius was very helpful and patient explaining features of the new car and helping me install my personal preferences. And the guys who handled the inspection and return of my old X3 made it an easy process. It was an all around pleasant experience. More

However, when I came to pick up my vehicle after I was told it was ready, I waited an hour in the lobby. I scheduled an overnight drop off for a first thing appointment as I had a busy day. The employee that was getting my vehicle ready seemed very rushed and careless, and did not explain anything to me. Once I finally left, I realized that my vehicle had not been washed, as stated in BMW’s service policy. I purchased my vehicle very recently and chose BMW because of their top notch customer service reviews and my experience at this location was not at all impressive. More
Frustrated I never write reviews, but I was a bit frustrated with the experience. First, the car was in service far longer than initially estimated with no updat I never write reviews, but I was a bit frustrated with the experience. First, the car was in service far longer than initially estimated with no updates. Jesse did a good job remediating that with a discount; however, when I picked up my car there were scrapes in the leather on the shifter and my USB charger cable was taken which is extremely annoying since it was a nice one. On top of that one of my sports bags in the trunk was emptied all over the trunk. It looked like someone was rummaging though it. All in all not a great experience and I will look to use a local shop instead going forward. More
