Jesse and Jordan were excellent! Jesse, my BMW Service Advisor, and Jordan, the BMW Mechanic/Tech were fantastic. Service was performed great and quickly by Jordan; and I was kept up Jesse, my BMW Service Advisor, and Jordan, the BMW Mechanic/Tech were fantastic. Service was performed great and quickly by Jordan; and I was kept up to date frequently. Tire issue Yesterday I managed to hit a pothole on Providence Rd in Charlotte, NC which flattened my run-flat tire. I was able to limp to Hendrick BMW and they t Yesterday I managed to hit a pothole on Providence Rd in Charlotte, NC which flattened my run-flat tire. I was able to limp to Hendrick BMW and they took care of the problem in short order. Some service, such as an oil-change, was also done. Our usual service advisor, Jesse Walsh, made sure our needs were seen to. While we were there, my wife and I decided to look into a new BMW since our lease is up in October. Our client advisor, Michael Dugan, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed us a new BMW X3, which is the vehicle we were interested in to replace our present X1. It's a little early yet but we'll definitely look forward to working with Michael when the time comes. More

Simply a great experience at Hendrick BMW in Charlotte We had never done business with this dealership before, so we may have been a little apprehensive, but that turned out to be totally unnecessary. I had a specific new vehicle that I wanted to examine and discuss a possible purchase. Joseph Pirolo was the Sales Associate that was assigned to us. He was very attentive to our every question/need, and did not pressure us at all. He was willing to spend time with us and took us on a test drive. He was reasonable in his pricing of the vehicle and was willing to listen to that which I said to him. It took only a short time to reach a nice, negotiated price.
