Poor service Recently I had to take my 2016 X5 in due to a sunroof malfunction. Upon picking up the vehicle I noticed the technician left dirty fingerprints on the Recently I had to take my 2016 X5 in due to a sunroof malfunction. Upon picking up the vehicle I noticed the technician left dirty fingerprints on the headliner in several areas. Personally, I expect more attention to detail. After bringing this to the attention of my service adviser I was assured all would be handled timely, and an appointment was made for cleaning. Unfortunately, they failed to keep their appointment and also failed with communicating. In 1995 I purchased my first BMW from Hendricks, I actually sold the vehicle and purchased a Volvo because of their poor service. Seems some things never change. More

Recall Bliss Took my 2006 330i for two recall jobs. JP was terrific at getting me in and done in no time. Even got to drive the new 530i for a couple of days.
