Disappointed I have returned to this dealership no less than 2 times for any repair they have completed. I recently brought in my vehicle for the third time to hav I have returned to this dealership no less than 2 times for any repair they have completed. I recently brought in my vehicle for the third time to have the seat repaired, the leather was not correctly fastened to the seat. While this is a minor inconvenience, I did not expect 3 visits to hopefully address. While the vehicle was in this last time I asked them to repair a sun visor which also broke (2019 vehicle), when I tried to use the visor for the first time after the repair it pulled right out of the roof. This means I will have to return yet again to have something repaired again. I am truly disappointed in the level of service I have received. I am not sure if its due to rushing through the job or just not caring about the quality of work, either way its unacceptable. More

In-home car service A BMW associate called me to schedule my car maintenance and arranged to have someone come to my home and drop off a loaner and take my car for servic A BMW associate called me to schedule my car maintenance and arranged to have someone come to my home and drop off a loaner and take my car for servicing. An associate came, took my car, and returned it the next day. In the meantime, another associate called to provide updates on my car service. I have never been more impressed with BMW customer service, this is going above and beyond! I will always be a loyal BMW customer. Thanks to everyone at BMW. More

My 04/02/2020 visit started with a wheel alignment, done twice because the tech from the dealer didn't manage to center the steering wheel from the first time, although I specifically asked for that. When I returned after 1 mile, he just said that he "already put to much time in this car and there's nothing he can do more about the steering wheel". Kim Kovach if I remember correctly from Hendrick BMW on E Independence Blvd, Charlotte, NC (for future reference). Shop foreman, Matt, was the one that took care of everything. As you can imagine, centering the steering wheel is really not a big job. Highly disappointed by that tech, although Ryan Dewey (the SA) was ok. Fun fact: Sterring wheel is still not 100% centered. Service Experience They did a good job diagnosing and discussing the issues with my vehicle. Turn around was quick once the vehicle was in. The only issue I had is when I asked for a shuttle ride instead of a service loaner I was told I was bout 1.5-2 miles too far. Considering I live in area with a large customer base I was surprised that they would rather give a loaner then drive 2 extra miles. More
The dealership did an excellent job. They were honest with me as well. I was thinking that I needed all the brake pads on my car replaced (squealing noise heard), and the technician informed me that only with me as well. I was thinking that I needed all the brake pads on my car replaced (squealing noise heard), and the technician informed me that only my brake fluid need to be serviced (saving me over $1500). The squealing noise came from condensation and dust being on the brakes, and after driving for a few minutes, it would disappear. He actually stated that I have a lot of brake life left on the pads. Thanks Hendrick BMW!!! You saved me time and a ton of money!!!! 👌🏾👍🏾 More
