Covid 19 customer experience When i first met Justin who has been my advisor for 2 years he was not wearing a facemask as i was. i asked him why he wasn't and he replied that each When i first met Justin who has been my advisor for 2 years he was not wearing a facemask as i was. i asked him why he wasn't and he replied that each employee was provided one and there was 2 schools of thought on wearing and he wasn't. i replied that everybody in a customer service job interacting with customers in grocery stores, restaurants, drug stores and the like were wearing facemasks as it stopped spread to customers. while i still don't understand the dealership having a hard and fast policy and was disappointed it doesn't, i have to commend Justin because the remaining 3 times we discussed my service and finished up with payment he was wearing his mask meaning he heard me and adjusted accordingly. That was very good to experience while the policy wasn't. More
60,000 mile check-up I really like the fact that they call to remind you of your scheduled maintenance. Also like that they provide reminders of your appointment. First service for my BMW and was not impressed at all. I was requested to bring my X3 in for a recall that they informed me it had. Once arriving on-site I informed them while I was there and they had no re was requested to bring my X3 in for a recall that they informed me it had. Once arriving on-site I informed them while I was there and they had no recollection as to why or what recall I was referring to. After they went and checked in the system they saw that my vehicle did have a recall on it. Next, they proceeded to have me wait for the loaner car I requested. After waiting for ONE WHOLE HOUR I had to go and track down the service agent to ask if the loaner was ready. He informed me that the keys just got dropped on his desk. As i was getting into the loaner and as I was about to drive off, I realized the loaner didn’t have any gas in it. I was very frustrated and disappointed in the service I received. This is my first purchase of a BMW and it has be questioning if I made the right decision in purchasing. More
