Just had my X5 into The dealership for the oil service and brake fluid flush. BEN TRASK, Excellent Service Advisor, always handles getting my GREAT BMW from the time I arrive. Ty was my Service Rep and she was fantastic fun and accomodating! She saw me looking for an UBER and she stepped in to tell me this was a service they provide at no charge so thank you for that! The only issue with the service dept at Hendrick is simply with loaner cars and scheduling. Scheduling is usually two weeks out if you want a specific day and longer if you need a loaner car. My experience with other BMW dealerships is more convenient in terms of scheduling and through them a loaner was easy to acquire. More

Over the years I have owned a number of BMW's and recently started considering the brand again. A few months ago I emailed the dealership inquiring about a couple of options that I had some questions recently started considering the brand again. A few months ago I emailed the dealership inquiring about a couple of options that I had some questions about. The salesman (M Dugan) emailed back and came across in the emails as I was wasting his time. I passed it off as he was having a bad day. Recently, I identified a couple of vehicles at two different locations that I wanted to see in person. One of the vehicles was already sold, as it was a pre-order, while the other had most of the options I wanted, but not all. The Salesman (S Hughes, II) worked up a quote, which had a discount which barely and I mean barely exceeded the Dealer's over-priced addons and the interest rate offer was 1% above BMW USA advertised rate. I was even told that the rate being promoted by BMW USA was the rate offered to dealers. Anyway, I decided to think the offer over and make a decision the next morning. The next morning, I emailed the salesman that I was declining the offer and noted my reasons why. I know the rep. read the email, because I received a read receipt", but never received as much as a thank you for the letting him know. So, I guess that the old Hendrick Philosophy of maintaining a good customer relationship ended a long time ago and now it's all about the sale and kiss off if you don't buy from them! More
