Rear Brake Rotors Took my 428 XI for rear brake pads to be replaced. Without even looking at the car he wanted to replace the Rotors without even telling me that the rotors could be re surfaced. No option was given to me about re surfacing the rotors. Called North Lake BMW for a quote first thing they say we need to see the rotors if they can be resurfaced only if they cannot be resurfaced will they be replaced with new rotors. North lake has the right approach independence did not. More
