This was my first service experience with my new X3 from this dealer and even with an appointment, I waited over 20 minutes for service tech to greet me and provide my loaner car and when I returned over 4 this dealer and even with an appointment, I waited over 20 minutes for service tech to greet me and provide my loaner car and when I returned over 4 hours later, I had to wait again since my car was not washed as asked at drop off. Because it was rushed, the car cleaning was less than satisfactory and I spent way more time than planned at the dealership with a pre-scheduled appointment around my work schedule. This was not an encouraging experience for the luxury car and service I had expected here. More
