I had just recently purchased a 2013 M5. The check engine light came on with a "Drive Train Malfunction" warning. I became very concerned that it could be something catastrophic and expensiv The check engine light came on with a "Drive Train Malfunction" warning. I became very concerned that it could be something catastrophic and expensive—the dealer we purchased from suggested taking it to Hendrick BMW. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted and quickly introduced to my Service Advisor, Devin Vargo. Devin was very polite and asked what was going on. He created a work order and asked if we had any questions. He was very thorough and also reassured us that they have the best team and equipment. I left feeling more confident, and within 20 minutes, I received a text with a video of the mechanic doing a walk-around inspection. This is a first for me, and I was very impressed! I then received another text explaining what they found wrong with my vehicle and the cost of the repair. I approved, and roughly an hour went by, and I received another text stating my vehicle service was complete. On my way there, I received a text with a link to pre-pay. It was so easy and quick, I did it at a stoplight. Best experience I have ever had with any service work. I am so glad I took my vehicle to Hendrick BMW!
