If you want to have a good car buying experience, try Hendrick BMW, and if you want to have a great car buying experience, ask for Robert Mann.   We visited a few other car dealerships and had different Hendrick BMW, and if you want to have a great car buying experience, ask for Robert Mann.   We visited a few other car dealerships and had different experiences.  BMW was not at the top of our list at first, but we are glad we stopped by.  From the moment we walked in and requested assistance with a request for information and a test drive, we were greeted with kind attention.  While I'm sure everyone is great, we consider ourselves lucky to have worked with Robert Mann.  He was very kind, attentive and informative during the test drive.  We loved the car, yet we had to take our time to think about it, and Robert was very patient and helpful.  Given the limited car availability, Robert helped us find and order the car that matched our specifications.  The whole process was very swift and seamless from start to end.  From the first day, to the day when we went to pick up and pay for the car, Robert Mann was very clear, supportive, efficient, transparent, and straight-forward. While visiting Charlotte, my 2020 X2 Xdrive 28i run flat was experiencing pressure lost every two to three days. I contacted BMW of Hendrick and they gave me an appointment the next day. My intention was to contact the Northlake dealership that was closer, but I found a number and contacted this dealership instead. And that was a blessing in disguise. My sevice advisor was Jesse Walsh and he took care of my needs immediately. Not having serviced my vehicle there before, I was unaware of the process but truly pleased with the results and quality of service and care. Jesse kept me updated via Text, the technician sent me a short video of the checks and work performed (never seen that before at a BMW dealership!!) and since I had insurance on the wheels and tires, there was no out of pocket cost! The process of getting an appoint,service and quality and care provided was outstanding. I would highly reccomend this location to all other BMW owners in the Charlotte area. My utmost thanks to Jesse and all the other staff for taking care of me so I could return home safely to Virginia. More
