Great experience with Bill at Performance Acura I recently traded in an older Acura MDX for a 2018 MDX. I had a great experience working with Bill Crosier. He answered all of my questions and took the time to look into matters when I felt I needed more information. He is not only great at what he does, but he is genuine and down to earth. I enjoyed working with him and look forward to continuing to work with him. I’ve driven an Acura for many years and this is the first person in sales whom I feel I have had a great experience with and whom I look forward to working with in the future. Rip off with inspection!!! John Prillemann, has the worse customer service, I was in for oil change and state inspection, ok, inspection is 30 dollars, well, because I had 3 bul John Prillemann, has the worse customer service, I was in for oil change and state inspection, ok, inspection is 30 dollars, well, because I had 3 bulbs out it ended up costing me 30 plus another 100 dollars for the 3 bulbs and labor,l. I've had inspection at other dealerships before and if you needed a bulb, they only charged me for the bulb, never have I ever had to pay for labor and sure not 100 dollars, Then when I expressed my concerns about the cost, John implied that I wanted it for free, which I feel was a racist comment because I'm an African American female, he wouldn't never implied such to a Caucasian female, and yes I called him on it, and Im asking other African American to stop going to this dealership because they are racist, and I only saw 1 middle aged African American man working out of 20 people I saw working today, so please go get service or buy your car some where else More

Very Satisfied I have an MDX and I also convinced my wife to purchase a used TSX last year. My enticement was to offer to take her car in for all its needed service. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I have received at this dealership over the past few years since I have lived in NC. The people there are always courteous and professional. Even when a couple of things were not corrected the first time, they have shown that they truly care about following through until it gets done right. More

I limped into Performance Acura with no car and not in the best financial shape. Renting cars was killing me. I needed a reliable car ASAP and Edgar came to the rescue with cape and all! He was able to work out financing and secure a car that had just arrived at Acura. I jumped on the deal with a quickness. We worked out the details, and I was off the the races. I had my car and a new job. I was ready to tackle the world. Thanks to Edgar and the staff at Performance Acura for helping me at this stage in my life.
