We had good social conversation both ways. Joel, the service specialist was very courteous and professional. The manger stated that this process requires 1 mechanic 2 hours to complete. Yep - that’s >$200/hr for break pad installation. In the event you do go with these guys, I would negotiate on service prices...given their ridiculous markup, I wouldn’t accept any list price. More
