I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Rich Grein. As a customer investing over $50,000 in a vehicle provided by Helms Bros, I expected a higher level of professionalism and empathy, from Rich Grein. As a customer investing over $50,000 in a vehicle provided by Helms Bros, I expected a higher level of professionalism and empathy, especially from a manager. Unfortunately, Rich Grein was dismissive of my concerns and questions, providing little to no meaningful assistance. During our interactions, he frequently dodged my questions and failed to offer any satisfactory solutions or understanding regarding my issues with a loaner vehicle. Despite his managerial position and presumed experience in the automotive industry, he demonstrated a lack of basic knowledge on topics such as tire pressure and tire care. It is unfortunate that someone with his apparent lack of empathy and customer service skills holds a managerial position at Mercedes Helms Bros. As a long-time customer, I have come to expect a certain standard of service and respect, which was severely lacking in this instance. Due to Rich Grein's unprofessionalism, I have decided to take my business elsewhere and can no longer recommend Helms Bros to others. More
Helms service was a luxury, top-tier experience. I was having a problem with a presafe functions pop up in my GLC 2019 I purchased from them. I grabbed a kiwi strawberry capri sun and a chewy granola bar. There was an area for Uber/Lyft and mine was there under a minute! Just got the call that they have fixed the car!! Remarkle service. Originally I didn’t have very kind words to say about the Helms Bros service dept. However after the way they handled the situation I had with my vehicle I have to be honest….Alan who is my service advisor Helms Bros service dept. However after the way they handled the situation I had with my vehicle I have to be honest….Alan who is my service advisor and the team at Helms Bros really went about and behind to address the issue I has having with my truck, which was the center console arm rest ripping after only owning the vehicle for just about a year and a half. Needless to say they made me a happy customer and I’d definitely recommend them as a trusted service facility for anyone with a Mercedes Benz. More

BEWARE of unscrupulous service dept. I brought my s550 (7000 miles) for warranty issue. The service consultant called me and told me that i had a bubble in my tire and a cracked rim. I brought my s550 (7000 miles) for warranty issue. The service consultant called me and told me that i had a bubble in my tire and a cracked rim. He said that i needed a new tire ($500) and a new rim($1500). As a professional, he must have known that the pirrelli tire was defective and replacement would be honored by the manufacturer. I told him not to do anything. I went to Mavis tires and had the tire replaced under the warranty and the rim wasn't cracked. Profit over ethics????? You decide. More
