Originally I didn’t have very kind words to say about the Helms Bros service dept. However after the way they handled the situation I had with my vehicle I have to be honest….Alan who is my service advisor Helms Bros service dept. However after the way they handled the situation I had with my vehicle I have to be honest….Alan who is my service advisor and the team at Helms Bros really went about and behind to address the issue I has having with my truck, which was the center console arm rest ripping after only owning the vehicle for just about a year and a half. Needless to say they made me a happy customer and I’d definitely recommend them as a trusted service facility for anyone with a Mercedes Benz. More
