I was having a spare key made for my mother who purchased a Chevrolet in Port Jervis. The car did not come with a spare so I live in NH and wanted her to have a spare. Keith answered all my questios, as I called a few times. Definitely an asset to their dealership! Kaittlyn was also very friendly and accomdating also. These two were great to work with. More
Melted my front bumper Went in for an oil change....asked them to buff out a small scratch on the front bumper. He rubbed so hard that he melted the paint off. The salesperson lied to me and misrepresented information. Came in 10 months ago bought a car a certified pre-owned car with the 2-year warranty as the salesman said... Had problems with the car from the get-go and the dealer made every excuse and said no nothing's wrong nothing's wrong. I come in they say the computer finally has to be replaced I'm sorry ma'am but there's no warranty left on the vehicle. The dealer will not make good on a lemon car. I will never buy another car from any Healey Brothers dealer in the Poughkeepsie New York, Beacon New York or Middletown New York or Goshen New York. And I will tell everyone that I know not to buy cars there they are awful More

Judge me Walked into the establishment and nobody said hello or anything. I was there to buy a 70k dollar Corvette. Sitting next to the Vette was a camaro pric Walked into the establishment and nobody said hello or anything. I was there to buy a 70k dollar Corvette. Sitting next to the Vette was a camaro priced similarly. After 10 minutes of me getting in and out of the vehicles NOBODY came up. I then asked to speak to the GM and was told he is down there. I walk over and he says he is busy and to give him 10 minutes. Look the showroom was empty! 1 other customer in there. I explain that nobody helped and he says you have to ask for help! Really that's funny because the other person who then walked in was helped immediately. He proceeds to tell me that people come in and look at the cars all the time and they waste our time. Really!! Sorry I wanted to spend 70k on a car and I'm a waste of time. Essentially I was judged. I'm 34 years old and was wearing a tshirt and a pair of shorts. They assumed I couldn't afford it. Funny because I could easily afford to buy both vehicles in cash. I won't waste there time as they clearly are too busy to sell a vehicle. Let me make it clear I never write reviews ever. The best part is when I walked away he has the nerve to say unbelievable! Again sorry I wanted to do business. More
Failure to listen to costumer Service is horrible. They made my first car buying experience awful and made me seem like I was crazy and didn't know anything. I had issues with tire Service is horrible. They made my first car buying experience awful and made me seem like I was crazy and didn't know anything. I had issues with tires, they were bald and completely not brand new as I was told when I bought my 2013 Chevy sonic. I ended up losing control of the car a few times. I went back and they were sexist, rude and made me feel like it was my fault. They then proceeded to give me tire prices, I felt that since the car was in a three month guarantee it wasn't my problem. I ended up calling corporate and finally after arguing and arguing I finally got someone to listen. I even gone as far as going to different tire places and other mechanics that I knew. When that didn't work, I called BB and within 1-2 weeks I had gotten 4 brand new tires along with my second key that I didn't get until March when I bought the car in December. Now, I refuse to go there and I hope no one every has to go through what I went through. More
The most horrible and unknowledgeable service department I made an appointment over the phone and they had no records of it when I got there. Then it took them an hour and half to diagnose a simple vibrati I made an appointment over the phone and they had no records of it when I got there. Then it took them an hour and half to diagnose a simple vibration in my car. And then what tops all that off is the diagnosis the service advisor gave me aside from his dirty looks and nasty and horrible attitude, which was that the car needs 3 engine mounts, even tho my car had only 2 engine mounts, and then he tells me that the cost to fix this is $750 even tho when I took the car to 2 other chevy dealers in Newburgh and kingston they both told me it'll cost only $380, so that service advisor didn't even know how many engine mounts are in the car and wanted to charge me twice what the 2 other dealers said. This is the most horrible and completely the most unprofessional service and diagnosis and attitude I've ever seen in my life. More
