I WENT IN FOR A OIL CHANGE.CAME OUT WITH A 187.00 DOLLAR INVOICE.I ASKED PAUL TO FLEX THE PART IN THE STEERING. THAT WAS MAKING A CLUNKING NOISE. WHICH HE DID BEFORE.INSTEAD OF FLEXING IT HE REPLACED IT. WITH OUT NOTIFYING ME FIRST.I GOT THE USUAL SONG AND DANCE FROM A DEALER WHO SEEMS TO ME IS DESPERATE.SO MY ADVICE IS TO STAY AWAY.PAUL ALSO TOLD ME THE PART WAS DEFECTIVE FROM CHEVY AND GAVE ME THERE #. I CALLED CHEVY TO GET ANOTHER RUN AROUND. THEY WANTED TO GIVE ME ANOTHER DEALER TO USE.I TOLD THEM THE ONLY DEALER I WANT TO GO SEE WOULD BE A TOYOTA . ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
