Will never show up there again I went in for an oil change. They forgot to put on my oil cap. They didn't admit fault at all. We wanted to think about making the purchase first so I was able to speak with the Sam, the sales manager a few days later and we purchased the vehicle that day. It was a very comfortable process and I would recommend this dealer to anyone. Compared to other dealers we went to that week I felt very uncomfortable and pressured and they made us sit there for 2 hours just to figure out a price, other dealers would push any car on you just for you to buy from them but NOT at Hawk VW!!
