Relentless I was set on a 2016 white Maxima with beige leather interior. Of course there were none on the lot. The staff was helpful, friendly, courteous and polite We had dealt with dealerships closer to where we live but left because the managers didn't keep their word after giving us written price quotes. We called and spoke to Debra C. who did keep her word and followed through with everything she said she would. Our sales person Richard B. went far beyond his sales obligation and led us home (to N.C) because we were unfamiliar with the routes.He went out os his way to see that everything was to our satisfaction. Brian also made sure that we were familiar with the car and service. The receptionist was also polite and friendly and helped us to find D.C. for our appointment. Great experience! Have already recommended these people to someone looking for a new car. More

The kicker is I live in upstate New York and bought this truck sight unseen except for pics that William sent me. I rented a car one way and William brought me my truck to the rental dropoff point; how cool is that. He always got back to me quick and answered question after question and made this buying experience one of the best. I wouldn't hesitate to buy at Harrelson expecialy if employees like William Caldwell work there. More
NOBODY KNOWS WHAT THEYRE DOING I had been communicating with someone by email for several days about a specific vehicle. I made an appointment with him but when I arrived he was pag I had been communicating with someone by email for several days about a specific vehicle. I made an appointment with him but when I arrived he was paged several times and never showed so I got turfed to someone else. Guy #2 told me the vehicle I wanted was already sold 2 days ago. This was rather infuriating because I was assured by guy #1 that I would be notified if the vehicle were sold before I drove all the way out there. So I leave, and call the dealership to complain to the sales manager that this is not a good practice to promise customers things and not follow through and waste my time and my gas for nothing. When I speak to the sales manager he tells me oh wait no it wasn't sold - it almost was but it fell through. So I go BACK to the dealership. I do the test drive and ultimately decide to purchase in spite of my poor experience so far. Big mistake it seems. When working on financing the Manager comes out with a RIDICULOUS figure of almost $600 per month to finance a 18k vehicle. I told him to try again- my credit isn't perfect but there is NO way it's THAT bad. They get it down into the upper 300s - which I still believe to be too high but at this point I'm just so fed up I want to get it over with and I agree to do it knowing I can refinance in two years and cut it down significantly. THEN- when filling out the paperwork guy #3 specifically tells me that the gap insurance and vehicle service plan is INCLUDED in the purchase of a vehicle from that dealership. It wasn't until a few days later when I received the statement from the financing company I chose that the total amount of the loan was several thousand dollars more than what was explained to me. I go to review the bill of sale and sure enough they charged me a hefty sum for the gap and vehicle service packages. But I already signed the paperwork so theres nothing I can do about it now. NOW- it's a month later and I am told by the DMV that I have been illegally driving around with an improper tag for the past month because instead of giving me a temporary tag and ordering a new one - they incorrectly transferred my old plate to the new vehicle. But its still registered to the traded in vehicle, and would never have been allowed to be transferred over in the first place as the traded in vehicle had 2 owners and the new vehicle only has one. More
