Outstanding sales person ! My girlfriend and I recently went to this dealership about 3 weeks ago to trade in our 2007 VW Beetle, as soon as we parked, a sales person named Rich My girlfriend and I recently went to this dealership about 3 weeks ago to trade in our 2007 VW Beetle, as soon as we parked, a sales person named Richard Bennett approached us to help. From the start, he was more than willing to help us trade in our car after explaining what we wanted. He ended up getting us in a new 2015 Nissan Versa. The other few times that we have visited the dealer ship for a car wash or tire pressure check, Richard was there all times to help us and make sure any needs we had for the car was met appropriately. To me, that is extraordinary customer servicing and creates a lasting loyalty to the dealership for any future car purchases. Therefore, I give this dealership a 5 out of 5 stars for the customer service I received from Richard Bennett. More

Third new Altima from this dealership We purchased a new 2015 Nissan Altima which was our third from Harrelson Nissan of Rock Hill. We live over 100 miles away from this dealership so all We purchased a new 2015 Nissan Altima which was our third from Harrelson Nissan of Rock Hill. We live over 100 miles away from this dealership so all of our conversations with this and other dealers were via phone. Everything went as expected with this transaction which was the case with the other two new Altimas we bought from Harrelson. The last two we purchased sight unseen and were delived within 15 miles from our home. The salesman who drove the car to us and picked up our used 2009 Altima (yes, we go a great trade) did a great job explaining the features of this new Altima. During our dealings on the phone, Lewis Harrelson called us to let us know he would do what he could to make this deal happen. We talked with four other Nissan dealships, all closer to our home. None matched Harrelson Nissan in wanting to make this deal happen. At least that was our impression. I can't address the problems others have expressed in their reviews. We have just had hassle free dealings with all three purchases and Harrelson Nissan of Rock Hill. More
