I love the Nissan Altima. I've wanted one for a while! My husband and I found out that through our bank, USAA, we could get a killer discount off the sticker price at car dealerships. Unfortunately, we were husband and I found out that through our bank, USAA, we could get a killer discount off the sticker price at car dealerships. Unfortunately, we were still a little unsure about spending 20grand on a new car, our first year in marriage.. When we went to Charlotte for the weekend, we heard on the radio that Harrelson Nissan had them for $14990!! We got SO excited, and decided to check it out ((especially since there was no fast "catch" talk at the end)).. So, we get there and get stuck with a girl that has only been on the job for 4 days! She would not show us the cars, let us look around or anything.. She only wanted to get our information. So we gave it to her, thinking it's ok, we're still going to get this car.. We were sadly mistaken.. They wanted to do the paperwork, get our credit scores, and then tell us which cars we could buy. We were told the $14990 was for college grads only, and they wouldn't budge even though my husband is in the active army.. However, we insisted on the Altima ((which sticker THERE said 28000... sticker in fayetteville said 23000, and our BANK said 20000)).. The sales manager, Mike (a 24 year "veteran"), said all dealerships paid the same price for this car, and there was NO WAY anyone was selling the car for such a low amount. Since he didn't believe us, we printed out the price guarantee certificate from our bank and he still flat out told us no. He said even with a co-signer, since it's our first car the LOWEST price he could settle would be about $560 a month for 72 months. RIDICULOUS. My heart was absolutely broken. My husband and my Dad decided to give it one more shot at SOUTH CHARLOTTE NISSAN. We were all a little skeptical because of how Harrelson just tried to xxxx us, but walked in curious. Our salesman, Pierre, was amazing! We got our car, the SAME car, for $18500. I swear, I wanted to take it to Harrelson and tell them to kiss my xxx while doing donuts in the parking lot. :) Anyways, long story short, Don't go to Harrelson Nissan in Rock hill unless you're looking to get xxxxx on prices.. It's SO not worth it More
I made a visit to this dealer after hearing their TV ad for 50% off. Believe me, this is not the case. They fail to tell you it is a lease you are paying for and that this is not the actual price of the for 50% off. Believe me, this is not the case. They fail to tell you it is a lease you are paying for and that this is not the actual price of the car. The staff were very high pressure, dumb as dirt and very deceitful in their methods. After dealing with them and their game for 50 minutes I decided to waste their time. I told them I changed my mind and wanted to look at the new Maxima. Why? The car I was looking at was $14K and the Maxima was $36K. They had the look of gold in their eyes once I test drove it. I made them run some numbers and lied to them repeatedly about how much I would put down and eventually told them I was paying cash. (I would have paid cash for the Versa if it was actually 50% off and less than $6K and I already told them this) The best part for me was the fact I was not trading a vehicle so they did not have my keys. After messing around for nearly 2.5 hours, I finally told the sales guy I was tired and did not like the numbers game they were playing. I got up and he kept trying to keep me there and yelled for his Manager. I just walked out and he followed me along with the sales manager all the way to my car. More

Everything they stand for is a sham. It's all smoke and mirrors. Their ads on the radio that are played ad nauseum are complete falsehoods. If you ask the salespersons, they talk fast and never admit tha mirrors. Their ads on the radio that are played ad nauseum are complete falsehoods. If you ask the salespersons, they talk fast and never admit that the "$99 a month Altima" was even on the radio. I was skeptic going in because the ad made ludicrous claims, but we were in the area and thought it would be at least worth it to see what was really going on. When we got there, to no surprise, there wass no such thing as a $99 month altima, but we could buy one for only, get this, $169 bi-monthly with 9k down. The whole sales pitch was so idiotic and transparent that I stuck around because it was so funny to listen to these boobs. The sales people remind me of crack heads without the moral fiber. It's amazing this place is still in business. Indepence Nissan is not much better, by the way. I wound up buying a used Maxima from Charlotte Saturn and would recommend this dealership wholeheartedly. More
My boyfriend wanted a nissan ultima and had the price he was willing to pay on the table before we even went to the dealer. (he called ahead of time with his figure and they said they would give him that pr was willing to pay on the table before we even went to the dealer. (he called ahead of time with his figure and they said they would give him that price). CHARLES was the sales person (if you want to call him that)more like a fake rolex street dealer in a bad part of town that we had the misfortune of dealing with. While on the test drive Charles became angry and aggresive after my boyfriend said we were going to luch to think it over. He raised his voice over the radio "NO YOU AINT PLAYING ME LIKE THAT"... "just drive back to the xxxx dealership" and that "my boss told me you would do this, the deal is off the table" Once we parked he screamed across the main waiting room to the manager of the store "YOU DEAL WITH THEM IM OUT OF THE EQUATION" I NEVER in my life had to deal with someone so threating and aggressive it was a mistake to not call the police but at the time I was so histerical I couldent speak anyway.I just wanted to get out of there I DID NOT FEEL SAFE ANY LONGER!!!!!!!! The MANAGER (i think i dont know since he was wearing an NFL jersey and not business attire) held my boyfriends keys when he asked for them back and tried to still make a deal, after my boyfriend told them what we just went through during the test drive. FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY NEVER GO TO HARRELSON NISSAN OF ROCK HILL CHARLES IS A ANGRY AGGRESSIVE MAN AND YOU WILL BE IN DANGER... please understand I'am doing this so you are WARNED. I wish I had found this page before we ever went there. More
