We started talking and he really just helped me out, because he actually knew his stuff and he wasnt trying to bullcrap or up sale me. So I ended up buying a 2008 nissan altima on the spot. The whole dealership was really nice and respectful. Being 20 years old I go to alot of places and dont get alot of respect, but James treated me as if I was Bill Gates walking onto that lot. More

We are a military family who told them we were moving out of the country in a few short months and we were assured that shipping a vehicle wouldn't be a problem before we signed any paperwork. We were pressu of the country in a few short months and we were assured that shipping a vehicle wouldn't be a problem before we signed any paperwork. We were pressured into a lease and hurried along (with our questions being answered with straight lies from the management). We've hit a lot of snags while trying to register our vehicle with them sending our registration to Florida when we live in Georgia. Yet every time we called the dealership they told us they were working on it and that they would make sure everything was worked out for us. 2 months later we are told, not by the dealership, but by Nissan themselves that they won't allow us to ship the car. And also, 2 months later, we finally received our car's registration on the same day we are notified by Nissan it can't be shipped. The only silver lining is that there are notes in Nissan's documentation proving that we've been in the works of trying to ship the vehicle with this dealership since we bought the car. On all the other reviews here I've noticed they are responding to unsatisfied customers with a blanket apology and claiming to be under new ownership (we bought our car in February 2011, when new ownership had been in effect for almost a year if you read citysearch or google reviews). I also want to point out to anyone reading that the google reviews are VERY VERY fishy. 99% of the good reviews are all written on the same two days and written by nameless reviewers. Would NINE people really all get online and write reviews on the same day? They also use the same phrases i.e. 'best deal around' again and again. And on citysearch, someone uses their username "Sofos24" to rave about their great buying experience and how the "trip to Rock Hill" was well worth it... then uses the username again to comment on their own review and advertise their new mission and management. The same user name was also used to respond to all of those who had something negative to say with the same advertisement about being under new ownership. It is a conflict of interest and extremely deceitful to review your own company or one you work for to try to boost your reputation. As far as I can tell, the new ownership hasn't changed anything. I'm reading reviews from two-three years ago all over the web describing the same things that happened to me! Do not buy from Harrelson Nissan in Rock Hill, SC. We are less than two weeks from moving out of the country and we are left with a big mess to clean when we have SO many other things to be taking care of. Thanks for taking such great care of the people who take care of this country and YOU. Shame on you, Harrelson Nissan. More
I found my dream car! Unfortunately, it was at this dealership. After all the paperwork was done and down payment taken, they informed me that my credit wasnt being accepted. I TOOK THE CAR HOME with r dealership. After all the paperwork was done and down payment taken, they informed me that my credit wasnt being accepted. I TOOK THE CAR HOME with reassurance that they would work on it and make it work out for me. It never did. I had to take the car back the next day. When I asked for the down payment check back, thats when it got nasty. My father was picking me up, and after being there for an hour, was ready to go. The store manager tried to pick a fight with my father! This was all because I wanted the check back! I will never go back to this dealership! More
I purchased a used PT Cruiser in late December, My nephew and I test drove the car and noticed that the brakes were rubbing and we brought this to salesman and managers attention. We were assured that the b and I test drove the car and noticed that the brakes were rubbing and we brought this to salesman and managers attention. We were assured that the brakes had been checked and corrected when I picked the car up on dec. 27th by the sales person. Within one week I began to notice the scrubbing sound had returned and now there was a grinding sound. I called sales person I had dealt with and was assured that he would get back to me, this failed to happen and for the next week I called at least 3-4 times each day with no one answering or returning my calls. I finally talked to a floor manager and was told to bring the car in, when the service department checked the brakes I was told that the front brakes were completely gone and I needed brakes and rotors for the front, I asked to speak with the sales person that had sold me the car He than got another manager involved. Because I had purchased the car as is they couldn't do any thing to help me. I then started to explain what I was told when I had test driven the car, at that time the floor manager became very disrespectful and told the service department manage that If I didn't want the work done that I needed to leave and he would not entertain any more of my complaints that he was through with me. To be treated this disrespectful was very upsetting I trusted that what i was told about the brakes being ok. I will not be as trusting and will not return to Harrelson Nissan of Rock Hill More

My mom had a Nissan for 12 years and it was still running great. She decided she needed a new one because she couldnt get parts for hers anymore. I tried to help her buy another Nissan from this dealership great. She decided she needed a new one because she couldnt get parts for hers anymore. I tried to help her buy another Nissan from this dealership and had the worst experience of my life. First, they advertised a price online on a car that "was converted to a rental, the website just hadnt been updated" (the car is still on their site listed as for sale two weeks later after new inventory has been added). Next, the listed online prices weren't actually available unless you were a college grad, etc, etc. We ask about another car at a similar price point we saw online, the sales girl (with for days experience and zero product knowledge) cannot find it on their lot. So, they direct us to a much more expensive car on the lot (despite being told exactly what my mother could afford). We go into the dealership and sit at the table (while they "run the numbers". They come back with some rediculous suggestion that we put down several thousand dollars since its such a great car. We say no, we're paying cash and this is all she has. We leave, they follow us to the car with an offer that ends that night. We go back the next day (magically, that offer can still be ours as they "haven't turned in the paperwork") We ask about a different Nissan that is on their lot. They have us sit in the office AGAIN and "run the numbers". Again, its a rediculous offer. We say no thank you. They follow us to the car yet again. We leave and drive to a competing dealership and their sales manager calls, telling us they "found that car we were looking for". This dealership did nothing but lie and pressure us. In the end, I chose to purchase a toyaota instead because my mother needed a car that day. This dealership was decietful, argumentative, disrespectful, and insulting. More

Kareem told my husband to come in and pick out hi These people are rip offs. In May my husband received a call from a salesman by the name of Kareem. Kareem told my husband to come in and pick out his 2010 Altima. My husband went there and instead of getting the 2010 Altima he was promised (Kareem even stated they were going to claim this car in the name of God) My husband was talked into a Ford Explorer. Several times my husband insisted on getting his keys back on jis car he had for a trade in; my husband did not want to continue the purchase. Kareem told him to tryout the truck for 30 days and if he did not like it to return the truck because he was sure my husband would fall in love with the truck. As a matter of a fact Kareem also stated he had the exact truck! We had the truck for a month and it broke down on the fourth of July w/end as we were entering Charlotte NC (how ironic) We went to service for repairs. We sat there for 5 hours while they went back and forth over the extended warranty we purchased. We were given the run around. We were stranded in Charlotte (during the month we had relocated to another state and had come in to pick up some things from storage) They promised the truck was going to be repaired and we were told by the Gus the service desk manager they wanted to send it to the best place to repair it which was Milton Family Ford (who by the way have been wonderful with working with us) Once we arrived back to our home state Milton Family Ford called us not knowing what to do with the truck, stated the truck was towed in (whick we paid to have it towed) nor did he know what was wrong with it and to also let us know that Nissan informed them they were not responsible for the repairs to the truck after telling us our warranty covered everything! We were shocked and outraged. The intergerity of this dealership is outlandish! They take advantage of people and will not follow through on the committements they make. They will lie and pretend they are taking care of you and seeing to your needs when in reality they are NOT. Consumers say word of mouth is the best advertising! I am pleading with you.....if you are seriously looking for a car do not purchase it from Harrelson Nissan go to Milton Family Ford! We are not done with Harrelson and will not rest until our case is resolved More
