Was shopping for new truck, looked at Chev/GMC, Dodge and Ford. Chev/GMC still looked the same as always, Dodge, I just didn't feel comfortable with the product. So I called the Hardy Ford Svc.dept.,asked for the Svc.Mgr.(probally the best resource for the vehicle info.),so I talked to Terry Harris very knowledgeable of Ford products. Asked him to have a salesman call me. Received a call from Bill Mays, after talking to him he found exactly what I wanted - the transaction went smoothly and I am happy!!! More

No record of internet appointment. Service adviser stated that internet appointment system doesn't work, appointments get lost all the time. Service area filthy. Customers ignored by employees. Women using business office as a nursery, inappropriate and unprofessional. Damaged my wheel nuts. Ringing phones never answered. Request to speak to service manager and told no, too busy. Total confusion in the service area, employees had no idea how to treat customers and take service orders. Truck was returned to me filthy and smelling of some chemical. Overall impression is that of a very disorganized poorly managed service dept staff. Several customers observed milling around, trying to find an employee to help them. No price estimate given prior to service and no explanation given when car is picked up. No effort made to protect upholstery and floor carpet from damage. Tires had uneven pressure, after rotation service. More
In April, went to Hardy and purchased a used GMC truck. I'm very happy with the price and for that matter my truck. What I am unhappy with is the following: The truck had recently been brought in so it had not been through the inspection, cleaning and repair process. Our salesman told us that he would schedule for us to bring it back for said process, which he did. He also told us to note anything that we found and it would be repaired. They also told us that they would transfer the registration. A few days after the purchase, my wife returned the truck to the dealership for the repairs as well as cleaning. When she returned to pick it up, some of the repairs had not been done. She pointed out what was not done and had to wait for it to be finished. The truck never got cleaned. It got washed but the inside was never cleaned. The same stains and dirt were on the dash and floor. I'm a little disappointed that so little effort was made. As for the registration, 30 days later, when we had not received any notice, we went back and got "oh it's been busy so the registration transfer has not been done, here is another 30 day temp tag." 30 days after that we found out that we had to get new registration because the car we traded was in my wife's name and the truck was sold in my name. Nice job. I'm not taking it back for the interior to be detailed, I will do it myself so that it gets done this time! More

James and Jon both went above and beyond to insure that I got the exact vehicle I had been searching for. Their price was unbeatable and they delivered where all the other dealers lied to me to get me on the got the exact vehicle I had been searching for. I have purchased five different vehicles at various types of dealerships and this was by far my best car buying experience ever. Tom was sincere, honest, straight-forward and very easy to deal with. Overall the service was great. Everything that needed to be done was done...and the only reason I gave them 4/5 for overall experience is that it took longer than I expected. Though on the contrary, I rather them take their time and do it right than rush through the servicing and actually forgetting or damaging the vehicle. The facility was clean and they took good care of my vehicle. In fact, they updated my on board computer and it gave me more horsepower to my vehicle at no cost to me. They said Ford had updated the computer system and my vehicle had not been updated...so they are keeping me up to date...which I like. Thanks guys for doing a great job! More
