This was by far the most painless car buying experience I have had so far. I bought a 2012 Ford Fusion from Brian Henning at Hardy Family Ford to replace my 2008 F150 due to the length of my commute. The fusion is my 6th vehicle in my driving career and by far the nicest. Brian made the entire experience very simple and relaxing. There was no need to argue over money as he was able to get me out of my truck (which I was "upside-down" on) and into the car for $4k less than I thought possible. Once the deal was agreed on, Brian even cleaned the car as best he could himself since the detailers had already left for the evening. He explained the sync system in detail and helped pair my cell phone to the system and showed me how to use some of the popular features.
