We bought a new 09 Honda Element EX with navigation today. The salesman Rob Klemenz was so easy to work with from the beginning. No pressure. No sleazy tactics. Just total professionalism. Bought a 2009 Honda Fit from this dealer. Dealer said it'd take 1 week to deliver. My trade in was inoperable, so I left it with them, they said I could clear out my car upon delivery of my new Fit. it'd take 1 week to deliver. They told me to wait. I did, but then they came back and told me they had thrown them out. I then asked to speak to the manager, they made me feel like a piece of garbage, and told me I should have called, and next time to keep better track of my things?! I've filed a complaint with American Honda, and they have assured me, that the sales people should have contacted me before throwing my belongings away. Hardin Honda sells cars everyday, I do not. It's up to my dealer to make sure nothing bad happens to me, and Hardin Honda failed miserably. More
