Avoid this place at all costs! ! Cheng is the worst Sales Manager I’ve ever met! He actually said to my face, “ We try to be as honest as we can?” Unbelievable???? Bait and swit ! Cheng is the worst Sales Manager I’ve ever met! He actually said to my face, “ We try to be as honest as we can?” Unbelievable???? Bait and switch tactics. Very sad and disappointing. How they are in business?…. I have no idea. Avoid the fast talking Undrase Named sales guy to. Disgraceful! I will be calling the BBB. I’ve been in sales all my life. I purchased a 2020 civic brand new. The battery die, they told me to bring the car for a battery replacement. When i got there David from service department stated, he can't help me t The battery die, they told me to bring the car for a battery replacement. When i got there David from service department stated, he can't help me to bring it on monday. People needs to take more accountability knowing that Honda brand is very solid in the car industry. David was arrogant and rude, not even try to help or do something for me. To replaced a battery will not take a whole time. I stated i was willing to wait since that was my only day off!!. More
