My 2015 Subaru Outback was close to being a lemon, but this dealer was clearly in that category. My car was beset by repeating problems this dealer was never able to fix, though they continually found "pr this dealer was clearly in that category. After the initial new car routine service period, I never had a positive experience with their service. They never returned calls and have a perfect record of not following through with promised calls. I gave them an opportunity to hear my complaints informally and was contacted by a manager who set up a time to talk. They never called, which is consistent with my years of experience with them. I enjoyed my car in many ways, except for never fixed repetitive failures. If you buy a Subaru, I wouldn't buy it here. I had not intended to write a formal review, but when they failed to follow up on an offer for an informal review, after initially requesting one, I changed my mind. More

We LOVE our 23 Outback Onyx we just bought, and I took delivery of yesterday afternoon. We researched/discussed options for several weeks until we decided on the 23 Outback. We shopped several dealers and delivery of yesterday afternoon. We researched/discussed options for several weeks until we decided on the 23 Outback. We shopped several dealers and gave Hanania Subaru of Orange Park the opportunity to beat our best deal and for the second time since the first of the year they stepped up on our trade and crushed it saving us $2300. We worked with Sean Kelley a sales manager with the dealership and Shawn Riegel our sales rep. We are from N Fl so they made sure all was in order when I arrived yesterday to take delivery as it's a six-hour drive round trip. I was very pleased with the delivery it was very smooth as Sean Kelley and Shawn Riegel made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. We always name our auto daughters, and we were overjoyed to meet and take Bindi home. We so appreciate the effort made to put this deal together/close and HIGHLY RECOMMEND you give Sean Kelley/Shawn Riegel the chance to beat your best deal as they have for us on two deals since first of the year. We will always give them the final shot at any of our and family/friends future auto needs as they are now part of OUR FAMILY!!! More
Perfect hitch install on my 2022 Outback Wilderness. Erica got me all checked in and handled the paperwork quick and efficiently. Asked Erica to assign my install to Chadd Christensen as I was told he is the best at installing the hitches on the Outback Wilderness. I was definitely told correctly; Chadd did an amazing job of installing the hitch. If I hadn't known better, I would say the bumper cover came from the factory with the hitch fascia already installed. I can tell Chadd takes pride in his work and delivers exceptional services to his customers. Chadd definitely earned and deserves this 5 Star review. More

I had my vehicle serviced on May 21, 2022. Routine stuff. I was greeted by a guy named Lou. I told what I needed for this visit. After going inside to do the paperwork, Lou showed me this Routine stuff. I was greeted by a guy named Lou. I told what I needed for this visit. After going inside to do the paperwork, Lou showed me this homemade chart. The chart had some things that my vehicle did not need at all. So, I asked him where did this come from? He stated the service manager. It looked like something that was created to up sale customers. After this conversation was over, I had to show Lou my maintenance schedule book for him to figure out how to charge me for the service. This chart thing is not good sales manager. You need to rethink what you are doing. My service was 61 dollars. You tried to charge me 289 dollars NOT GOOD. More
We were in the market for a SUV and decided on the 22 Crosstrek Limited in part on price and resale value as well as reliability. We gave two dealers a opportunity to earn our business and Thomas Batie o Crosstrek Limited in part on price and resale value as well as reliability. We gave two dealers a opportunity to earn our business and Thomas Batie our sales rep went to above and beyond for us to beat the other deal by $750.00. We are from N Fl and I flew dwn to take delivery and Thomas was on time to pick me up at the airport and get back to the dealership for me to take delivery. We ran into a issue as there was a small ding and scratch that took place while detailing the car for delivery and thank goodness we came up with a solution to fix the issue. I met with Sean Kelley the General Sales Mgr and along with Thomas they put me in a loaner to drive home as I live 3 hrs from the dealership so they could put it in their body shop to fix the issues and would then drive the vehicle to me when completed to deliver and swap out the loaner. They executed the plan flawlessly and delivered it fixed to factory specs. I cant thank Thomas and Sean enough they were AWESOME!!! We name all our cars and our SUV daughter Scarlett is home and a part of the family her color is pure RED lol. We will give these gentlemen an opportunity to earn our business in any future auto needs as well as referring family/friends as well... More
My husband and I just bought a new 2022 Subaru crosstrek which we absolutely love. It took several weeks to get shipped here and they kept me informed every step of the way. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and make you feel welcome. They got me the deal I wanted at a price I was comfortable with and even threw in some added accessories for me. I never felt pressured like I had at dealerships in the past. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
