We were in the market for a SUV and decided on the newly re designed 25 Subaru Forester Sport. We have bought 4 cars from Hanania Subaru previously so I called our sales rep Shawn Riegel and gave him our tr re designed 25 Subaru Forester Sport. The process was efficient/smooth as with our previous deals and with his tenacity working with Domenic Cutillo the new car sales mgr we were able to lock in and close at the financed number we needed. We are from North Florida so Shawn made sure to get us in and out in a timely manner to get back on the road home as we had a four-hour drive back. We also appreciated the finance mgr Martin Couch who got us in and out of finance quickly. We would HIGHLY REMOMMEND you give Shawn and the mgmt team at Hanania Subaru your best deal to beat and you will not be disappointed as this is now our 5th vehicle we have bought from them. The sales team worked with us and made it possible to make a deal. However, the finance department was not very knowledgeable when we closed and wasn't very helpful with us regarding the lengthy payoff make a deal. However, the finance department was not very knowledgeable when we closed and wasn't very helpful with us regarding the lengthy payoff procedure. Secondly, as of today 5 weeks later we still have not received the overpayment made on the loan. It not only took quite a while to pay off the trade, the loan with Vystar that which was made through Subara on the previous car sale was not a seamless payoff. The CPI (Collateral Protection Insurance) company contracted by Vystar sent us 3 notices the last of which was going to put a $180 penalty fee weekly on our loan even though we no longer owned the car. This could have been prevented if Subara had timely paid off the loan. This has been unfair pressure and agonizing on 2 seniors with excellent Credit Scores nearing 900 and having to worry this could have affected our ratings. We made the deal in good faith, traded our car, put additional deposit down and feel the way this was handled could have been a whole lot easier on us. More
