I was struggling financially but really wanted a safe SUV for me and my toddler. Sean helped me make my favorite car a reality from start to finish. He even made sure my toddler had a good time with a balloon and crayons and snacks. Bob was super great with finance and Hooked me Up. Once I arrived all the figures were correct, no last minute changes or sales pitches. Excellent price on the car (or I would not have driven 3 hours!). Met the manager, Benji, who was pleasant, straightforward and gave me a fair price on my trade. Sean was a pleasure to work with. Not pushy or aggressive and none of the "xx" you often get from salespeople. The woman who did my financing papers was very knowledgeable and found me the best lender with the best rate. Have to say it was the best car buying experience I've had and I have owned Subarus since 1983. More

He figured out what was best for me and did not harass me with communication. Bob D'Amelio, the finance manager, was extremely helpful with the financing process and helped me get a far better interest rate than what I was able to obtain myself. He also was very pleasant and we never felt any pressure. I have purchased many cars over the years, including several S-Class Mercedes, and I think this was my most positive experience.
