Outback was in Service Dept over 8 months This dealership has problems that start at the top. Three Service Managers in 8 months, NOT GOOD. My 2016 Subaru Outback 2.5 (fully loaded) with 106 This dealership has problems that start at the top. Three Service Managers in 8 months, NOT GOOD. My 2016 Subaru Outback 2.5 (fully loaded) with 10600 miles backfired for no reason and then the engine started ticking. Called the 1-800 number and the car was towed to Subaru OP for inspection and repair. That was in November 2016. SInce then, the engine has been worked on and worked on and worked on. We never got any updates from the upper management team unless we reached out to them first. I cant go into details of what was done at the dealership, but I can tell you we were made to feel like the engine fault was our doing, we were not valued as customers at many levels within the organization. We didn't buy there in Dec 2015/Jan 2016 Finally in mid-June, we asked Subaru of America to step in and a re-purchase was agreed upon. The GM was directed to find a REPLACEMENT Outback in an effort to fix the broken customer relationship. His answer was to try to sell us a 2017 Outback for over $40000. Screw the customer is how we felt, so long as he shows a profit. We did get our replacement 2017 Subaru Outback 3.6R Limited (fully loaded) out the door for $37250 from Mastro Subaru in Tampa FL. I recommend you make the drive, save the $$ and enjoy real customer service. More

Amazing, fast, and painless sale process. First contacted by Sean from email to check out a few WRX 2018 models on the dealership. Saw a few listed that were base with pictures and one limite First contacted by Sean from email to check out a few WRX 2018 models on the dealership. Saw a few listed that were base with pictures and one limited no pictures. I was mainly interested on what the limited would look like and decided to check the dealership out. Met Sean who greeted me with a smile and a pleasant attitude. I asked a few questions about the car and he was very knowledgeable seeing how he owns one himself. Took it for a ride.and decided it was the car for me. Told Sean my situation and talked to his boss. Both the boss and Sean understood and i would meet them in a few days. Called them on July 5th to set up the paperwork and to pick up the car. When I arrived the car was prepped and ready to go and paperwork ready to be filled out. From signing the paperwork, dealing with finance, and picking up my keys to my new WRX took around 30-45 minutes. Probably the fastest transaction I have done with any dealership in the past. All information was upfront and nothing added to what I was quoted. Overall the best experience on buying a new car.
