She put me in touch with Jason Eubanks with whom I discussed a purchase deal. We were able to negotiate a deal I was pleased with. Within two days, my wife and I had our new Crosstrek. From the moment we were greeted at the door, everyone at OP Subaru was courteous, friendly and helpful. Jason introduce us Sean Kelley who led us through the rest of our experience. Sean is very professional and personable. He is well informed and could answer all of our questions. In addition to details about our car, Sean also gave us a tour of the dealership explaining service procedures, etc. Also assisting in our process was Bob D'Amelio, who again was very professional and personable. We found both of these gentlemen easy to work with and extremely efficient. Sean accompanied us to our vehicle and did a thorough job of explaining all of the features and assisted in connecting our phone. He was patient and didn't rush through the process.
