Sean is very professional and personable. He is well informed and could answer all of our questions. In addition to details about our car, Sean also gave us a tour of the dealership explaining service procedures, etc. Also assisting in our process was Bob D'Amelio, who again was very professional and personable. We found both of these gentlemen easy to work with and extremely efficient.
