Finally found a dealer that is doing the things Ford expects a dealer to do, from being courteous and making you feel good and excited about your purchase, to completely answering all questions and taki expects a dealer to do, from being courteous and making you feel good and excited about your purchase, to completely answering all questions and taking the time to go over your vehicle and it's components without feeling rushed. I purchase/lease a new vehicle every 2/3 years and good dealers are hard to find, this is why I drove 110 miles to them at Hammonasset ford. I hope all other dealing with them will be as great as my initial experience so I can finally stay at a dealer who lives up to expectations!
