However, the salesman James Filley was AMAZING, he was the first salesman to jump out to us and ask if we needed help. He goes above and beyond to satisfy his customer. James deserves recognition for his efforts. You would never think the dealer just wants to steal your money. Also, the finance manager, Guy, actually got on the phones with banks when finding the best financing. The branch owner/ manager was amazing, he gave me words of wisdom after the sale, which shows that the dealer is not JUST out to make money. I called and made an appointment for a test drive and had the car waiting for me when I arrived. I met with James Filley inside and went over some basics about what I was looking for in a car. It was a very laid back process and not once did I feel pressured. We then went outside and inspected the car together. I could tell they took very good care of the car, it was very clean inside and out. James was very informative about any questions I had. The test drive was great. James was very friendly and made small talk allowing me to get a good feel of the car myself. He never tried to make a sales pitch which made the whole process very natural. I decided to buy the car that day and started the financing process with Guy French. Both Guy and James walked me through everything and explained the paperwork very thoroughly. They even helped me save some money on insurance. All in all it was a great experience that went very smooth. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend to anyone. More
