We searched for months before finally finding a F150 2013 Ford that we were searching for. My husband needed a new work truck and every Ford dealer we went to we had a hard time with-either they didn't have Ford that we were searching for. I picked up my new Ford F-150 yesterday and I am amazed at how flawlessly the entire purchase process went. I had worked with a number of salesmen at other dealerships during my search for a new truck but at how flawlessly the entire purchase process went. Working with Steve Mantilia and Guy French to finalize the pricing and financing was almost painless (spending money is never completely painless). During the delivery process, James spent close to an hour going over the various electronics and control systems on the truck to be sure I understood them. This was a totally positive experience and I would recommend the Hammonasset crew to anyone looking for a hassle free auto purchase.
