My Matt Ford Experience. Well for starter`s, this was my first car buy from a dealership and everything went perfectly. New truck purchase I was done dealing with with trying to buy a truck and getting the run around from other dealers on the price and my trade in. Matt Ford was my last I was done dealing with with trying to buy a truck and getting the run around from other dealers on the price and my trade in. Matt Ford was my last stop and they were true to their word and worked with me to get the deal I wanted not the deal I could "afford" like all the other dealers tried to do. I went to all the Ford dealers in the KC MO area and this is the only place I will return to. Josh Drummond was extremely helpful and honest about what the dealership could do for my family. He didn't try to "throw in" or "give me" warranties, accessories or rebates that were already included while working with me to find the truck and deal I wanted. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and courteous to me and my family (including a 7 and 3 yr old that were very bored). When I returned to get some after market products installed that I had purchased with my vehicle, they treated me like family and didn't ignore me. They followed up to make sure I was happy with my purchase and the work they did. I have bought a few cars in the KC MO area and this is by far the best dealership and has the best customer service around.
