Josh made a two car deal easier than any 1 car deal ever! Josh saw I had been getting the run around from dealer after dealer. I was so frustrated, I almost gave up looking for a vehicle. But he contacted me, Josh saw I had been getting the run around from dealer after dealer. I was so frustrated, I almost gave up looking for a vehicle. But he contacted me, asked me what I had in mind. I needed two vehicles, and I was pretty specific about exactly what I wanted them to be. One 7 passenger or greater (I have 6 children and no car to carry them all), and one sporty yet reliable for traveling back and forth to work. Both need decent gas mileage, low miles, and warranty. I even had it down to what accessories I wanted. In no time at all, pictures of two perfect cars were sitting in my inbox. I was upside down on my trade, and after messing with all those "typical" car salesman, my credit score had dropped over 100 points in 2-3 days. I was pre-approved through my bank for one car. But, there were definitely some obstacles in the way for financing the second. But despite all the hoops that needed jumping through, and red tape that needed cut, within a few hours my better half and I were leaving with both our new cars, lower payments, and a better interest rate than I had even been offered from my own bank. I could go on all day about how awesome my car buying experience was. So I will sum it up by saying, when it's time to trade, I know who I will be calling. More

Our experience at Matt Ford Well we did it! We are the proud owners of a new F-150, 4-wheel drive! We had been debating for the last few months with trading, and just talked our Well we did it! We were on our way to the city for a new recliner; and came home with a new truck! What the heck!! We stopped by Matt Ford on our way. I wanted to check out the Race Red truck that was on the end of the row. We took a quick drive through; this red truck was just what we wanted. We made our run to K.C.; then stopped back by on our way home. We were greeted by Josh Drummond. Josh offered to drive the truck up to the door, so we could look at it; great, I didn't want to walk it, very hot out that day. This truck had everything we wanted! Josh was great at pointing out the features on the truck; wow, nice, nice! We were very impressed! Impressed with the truck and with Josh Drummond! We hit it off with him as our salesman, friendly, not pushy, very polite, and presented us with a list of rebates on the truck that were great! Yes, we did it, and are very satisfied! Oh, I can't leave out Fred Statham's help with financing! I have known Fred's dad since I was a kid; so needless to say, we were comfortable working with him.
