I called ahead and talked to Josh Drummund to get some ideas on prices. When I arrived Josh showed me a couple new 2013 trucks as well as a 2011 Explorer Limited they had. I never felt pressured to buy. He made the car buying experience very comfortable. There was never any high sales pressure which is why in the past I have avoided regular dealerships. I would definitely refer, and have already, others in the future to this Dealership and to Josh. Josh has continued to be helpful even after selling us the vehicle. He has made himself available if we don't know how to operate or set a certain function on the vehicle. I just went in today to pick up the paperwork I needed to get the vehicle licensed and he again came out and greeted me by name and helped me get where I needed to be. Overall it has been a very good experience working with Matt Ford and with Josh Drummund. More
