Having come from another new car dealership, I had low expectations. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. I had done a great deal of research and knew exactly what I wanted. Although they did not expectations. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. I had done a great deal of research and knew exactly what I wanted. Although they did not have the Mazda 3 5 door hatchback that I wanted David (salesman) and Zach (salesmanager) found what I wanted at another dealership. It was only after it could be found that they started to work on the figures. I knew how I wanted to pay for the new car which was carefully thought through by the sales team including Steve (finance manager). I have purchased many cars in my life and I dread the experience. This time it was actually pleasant because it was friendly, considerate and importantly seamless. I am enjoying my new Mazda 3 and will have it serviced at Hall even though I will have to drive sixty miles and past other dealerships to get there. Connie Scott More

When i first went to Mazda david came to me greeting me with a smile. He asked me if there was anything that he could help me with, not knowing exactly what i wanted..he was very patient with me. He gave me all of my options went over them with me and told me what i should do to get what i did want.I had a very rocky start getting approved through my bank so i asked dave to see if i could get approved through one of theirs. Zack and david both pulled through for me getting me exactly what i had wanted. They went above and beyond for me. I was very satisfied with my experience. More
My wife and I were amazed how well we were treated during our purchase of a new Miata. The experience was better than we received when purchasing Audi's and BMW's. I liked how the finance manager was efficient in the processing and also more informative about the additional services they offered (lo-jack, extended warranty, etc.) and not pushy. I have a 08 Mazda 3 with 20,000 miles on it. I went in for service because the engine was making a frequent rumbling sound and the break rotors appeared warped. It was suggested that the rumbling sound wa for service because the engine was making a frequent rumbling sound and the break rotors appeared warped. It was suggested that the rumbling sound was normal (NOT) and they wanted me to pay to have another set of INADEQUATE rotors installed. I have a another make vehicle with a 177,000 plus miles on it and only replaced the rotors once, go figure. The service dept displayed little to no understanding and seemingly took little to no time to figure out the problem or cause thereof. More

After having been to another dealership where the customer service was not so great we were more than impressed with his demeanor and friendliness. Everyone that we came in contact with at Hall Mazda was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know, knowing that they would be in good hands. I cannot begin to describe how comfortable Mr. Bessey made us feel that day, knowing that buying a car was a huge step for us and anyone for that matter. His customer service is exceptional and in the future we will definitely be going back to Hall Mazda for all of our car needs. More
