My overall experience was very good. John is a great salesman and an asset to your business. He greeted me as soon as I arrived on the property, asked questions, showed me what was there and even asked salesman and an asset to your business. The sales manager said he "just the truck for me" and he had been driving it since it arrived on the lot. The truck had high milage but the price was right! I picked the truck up the next day after it was inspected and cleaned. The only problem I had is when I picked it up and drove off the lot, I realized there was no gas in the tank. I barely made it to the gas station. My suggestion would be to at least give your customers a little gas in the car/truck they've purchased whether it is new or used. So far I've been very pleased with my truck and would recommend John O'Conner and Hall's automative to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

The salesman, Sales Manager, General Manager and the Finance manager were all great to work and were creative in getting to the numbers I wanted.
