Thanks Amy. Looks like we are playing phone tag. Hope you read my review and got the jist of the problem I faced. I was charged $329.00 and still my truck was not fixed. My truck got fixed in Cowles ford woodbridge, VA for $390.00 including replaced parts. I believe I was taken for a ride since I was an out of towner or I am paying for the incompetant mechanics time who is unable to diagnose the problem.
