Very busy place, but managed to get my car in and fortunately had it fixed in three days. The only downside we ran into was that we were stuck at the dealership all day because there were no rental fortunately had it fixed in three days. Explorer sat at Hall for 8 DAYS: WITHOUT FULL DIAGNOSIS, NO PARTS ORDERED, ASSIGNED TECH WORKING OTHER REPAIRS, DENIED "LOANERS" DURING ALL 3 TURBO REPAIRS THEY'VE DONE, SINCE MAY 2024, & our 2018 Explorer NO PARTS ORDERED, ASSIGNED TECH WORKING OTHER REPAIRS, DENIED "LOANERS" DURING ALL 3 TURBO REPAIRS THEY'VE DONE, SINCE MAY 2024, & our 2018 Explorer would have sat, FORGOTTEN & NEGLECTED, for WEEKS LONGER, if I hadn't taken up MY TIME to WALK IN & ask WHY AREN'T OUR EMAILS, & THE VOICE MESSAGES WE'VE LEFT, BEING REPLIED TO!!! AND, 3RD turbo replacement was, actually, the 2ND replacement for the right side turbo, all because the OIL FILTER WAS NOT REPLACED in May, only the 6QUARTS of FRESH OIL WAS POURED INTO THE ENGINE... I was told "some old parts are reused", but reusing a DIRTY, CLOGGED UP OIL FILTER is just plain LAZY &CHEAP!!! $9000-$10,000 in repair work, in LESS THEN 6MONTHS, & we're being ignored... More
