They were very good about keeping me informed throughout the process. All costs were presented realistically upfront, which was very helpful since I did not anticipate this repair. All of the employees were friendly, helpful, and understanding. I could have brought my Nissan to a Nissan dealer for repairs, but Hall Ford was my first choice since I have had such good experiences with them.
